Before You Buy
Please ensure you enter your details correctly when placing your order. If the courier returns the package to us due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for paying two shipping costs:
1. The fee charged to us for the return.
2. The cost of reshipping it to your address.
If you decide not to keep the product, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
Because our pieces are unique and made in limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges. This means it is not possible to change an item for a different size, color, or product, as we cannot guarantee availability.
Each piece is special and produced in limited runs, which is why we cannot guarantee replacements. Thank you for understanding and for supporting slow fashion.
